Had a great experience with Joel at Game Changer Physio. After copping a shoulder injury from Jiu Jitsu, I was worried about how long it would take me to rehab. Joel was able to talk me through my injuries and gave me a functional rehab program to get me get back to training in no time at all. Highly recommend for both elite athletes and recreational.

Joel's the man to see! I did Cape to Cape and unfortunately developed "Chronic adductor tendinopathy". It was ruining my life, I couldn't walk 100m without pain..it's been 2 months now of exercises, needling and walking programs and I've finally turned a corner and am able to walk non stop up to half an hour without pain. I am forever grateful for him getting me back on track, he's truly changed my life. Definitely come and see Joel, I really appreciate what you've done for me.

I saw Joel yesterday for a treatment as I have injured myself running. Being a member of New Movement & having the accessibility to Joel was a no brainer for me. After my initial appointment I felt much, much more at ease. Joel’s professional, yet caring nature meant he was able to provide me with a realistic timeframe to heal the injury but also looked over my current program to ensure I could still train effectively. 10/10, would recommend Joel if looking for a physio to help.
