Hi! I am a remedial therapist with six years of experience in the wellness industry. My approach focuses on compassion and expertise, I obtained my Advanced Diploma in Remedial Massage in New Zealand.
My extensive training and hands-on experience allow me to address a wide range of issues and empower clients on their paths to recovery and well-being.
In my spare time you will see me at the gym (most of the time) and at the beach with my dog or a surfboard in hand.
I started my fitness journey as a teenager competing in bodybuilding. Now, I focus on strength and (some) mobility which led me to powerlifting.
Let's kick start your health and wellness journey together!
